We did it!

Daniel and I participated "Susan G. Komen National Race for the Cure® 5K Walk/Run" on Saturday, June 7, 2008 on the National Mall.

It was a very special event that I wanted to participate in and I'm so lucky that Daniel came to join me. My mom's oncology doctor told us they still don't know what causes breast cancer but what they do know is they have more patients each year.

We had the names of my mom, Daniel's grandma, and his aunt on our t-shirts. It felt great to cross the finish line! Thanks so much to all of you who supported us!
